All virtual travel content, videos, images, software, text, graphics, logos, and audio provided on ThopTravellers are the exclusive property of ThopTravellers and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use only. Subscription and Payment Terms
Certain features and virtual experiences on ThopTravellers require a paid subscription. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing period.
No Refund Policy
Please read this section carefully. All purchases, payments, and subscriptions processed through ThopTravellers are strictly final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated billing for any canceled subscriptions, partially used subscription periods, or accidental purchases. By completing a transaction on our platform, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this strict no-refund policy. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current paid billing cycle.
Termination of Accounts
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

ThopTravellers provides the platform and virtual experiences on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials included therein. To the full extent permissible by law, we disclaim any liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
